We are always pleased to accept any donation, and while we are able to accept cash, we have found that this option is generally of limited use to many donors. We have available a range of alternative methods, at least one of which we hope you will find suitable, for any donation to us.
Cheque:
If you would like to make a donation by cheque, would you please make the cheque payable to the Chris Westwood Charity, and send it to:
Online Banking:
Donations can be made to us online, direct to our bank account, and there are no transaction costs. Our Bank details are:
Could you please use your name as a reference, so that we can identify the source of the donation.
Online Donation by Debit/Credit Card:
If you would prefer to make your donation by Debit or Credit card, we have a facility using the Charities Trust website.
The link is www.charitiestrust.org , and if you then enter the Charity name in the search box at the top right, you will be directed to our own webpage on the Charities Trust website, which has a donation facility. However, Charities Trust does make a small charge for this service (4% of the donation), which we believe is one of the lowest charges available for this type of donation facility.
Standing Order:
This method is available if you would like to donate small sums on a regular basis. It only requires the completion of a standing order mandate, a copy of which is on the forms page, which then goes directly to your bank, so we never see it, or any of your bank details, and there are no transaction costs.
Finally, if you are a UK taxpayer, you can greatly increase the effectiveness of your donation by completion of a gift aid declaration form, a copy of which is on the forms page. Would you please return any completed forms to Talbots Solicitors, at the address above.
