New Recruits
Talbots has recently undertaken a major enhancement of its Family Department with the appointment of no fewer than six new lawyers in the last few months. They are Paul Ford, Mamata Patel, Kiran Ahluwalia, Lisa Pickering, Sonali Obhrai and Helen Aston.
Senior Partner, Martyn Morgan said "We took the decision in 2007 to invest in this area of law and expand the Family Team so that we could be sure of offering an unrivalled service to our clients who have experienced relationship problems and problems of child welfare. We are geared up to act for clients both privately and those who are publicly funded (previously known as legally aided). We now have one of the largest dedicated Family departments in the area and we continually strive to find new ways to improve the service.”
The Practice has also appointed Nicola Reed to head up the Commercial Property Department. More recently Emma Bradbury and Pam Dosanjh have joined to strengthen the Domestic Conveyancing Team in Stourbridge, bringing the total number of Conveyancers there to seven, in addition to the 4 based at other of the firm's offices.
Talbot's Growing Family
Talbots' succession plan continues to expand with further births to members of staff, most recently to conveyancing secretary Danielle Fitzpatrick, Child Care Lawyer Asha Rani and Partnership Secretary Chrissie Thomas.
Mothers and babies are all doing well!
This brings the total number of babies born to members of the Talbots Family to 20 since the start of the Millennium and the prospects of an all-Talbots winning team for the 2028 Olympics are well on course.
