It contains lots of useful information - for example, it covers the process involved in buying a property. It explains legal terms, we often assume people know what we mean so this keeps it simple.
PIF also provides you with a jolly useful place to store all your documents. So anything relating to your purchase will slip in to PIF so it stays safe and handy for the next time you need it. Just s-PIF-fing!
