How can I  get free legal advice?

Talbots Solicitors operate a free legal advice clinic, giving members of the public the opportunity to call into our offices for advice on any legal matter.  We are often able to deal with most queries, either at the time or by referring them on to specialists in that area.

Do I qualify for Legal Aid?

It may be that you are entitled to legal aid, which would enable us to provide you with more detailed advice.

If you think you qualify for legal aid, please bring evidence of any benefits, income or capital which you may have, to enable us to proceed with your matter as quickly as possible.

Where do I go for the free legal advice?

63 Market Street, Stourbridge, each Saturday morning from 9.30am to 12.00 midday.

124 High Street, Stourbridge, each Thursday from 9am to 4pm

30 Church Street, Kidderminster, each Tuesday from 5pm to 7pm and each Friday from 9am to 5.15pm.

Do I need to make an appointment?

No, just call in.  We will spend 15 minutes with you discussing your query, without charge.
