West Midlands law firm, Talbots recently joined the QualitySolicitors brand of UK law firms - and the Practice has lived up to its name by successfully becoming one of the few legal practices to be accredited as a member of Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

Of 10,000 law firms in the UK that deal with conveyancing, just 600 have attained the standard to date. "The scheme provides a recognised quality standard for clients and lawyers in the residential property market" said Martyn Morgan, Senior Partner and Head of Conveyancing. "Successful firms are required to pass a rigorous assessment and meet incredibly high standards imposed by the Law Society in respect of client care and expertise".

QualitySolicitors Talbots has a large residential property team that covers Kidderminster in the south of the West Midlands region, through to Stourbridge, Dudley, Wolverhampton and Codsall in the north. "We are able to and do also assist clients across England and Wales - indeed we even work for clients based overseas" says Martyn.
