How long does it take to complete a residential property transaction? In today's world of everybody demanding everything in double-quick time, the average conveyance takes between 6 to 8 weeks to complete from giving instructions to moving in.
So, what about one day!
Claire Cole, Associate at QualitySolicitors Talbots, recently took an instruction on 1st February... and by 2nd February, the matter was completed! "Must be fastest sale I’ve ever done" said Claire. "I completed on the sale having only received the instructions to act the previous morning..."
Now, anyone reading this may think this is 'normal service' and we are creating a rod for our own back somewhat. But the message is that at QualitySolicitors Talbots, the customer is the most important person and whilst we cannot quite move mountains, we can move homes in double-quick time when required!
